Graduating high school is a big step for anyone—but for MKs, it can feel like a complete life reset. Here are a few reminders as you look ahead:
1. Culture shock is real.
Even if you’re “returning” to your passport country, it might feel foreign. Be patient with yourself. You’re not behind—you’re adjusting.
2. You carry strengths others don’t.
You’ve likely navigated airports solo, built friendships cross-culturally, and learned flexibility early. Those aren’t small things. They’re gifts.
3. Your story is still unfolding.
It’s okay to not know exactly who you are or where you’re going. Just take the next faithful step. You’re not starting over—you’re growing deeper.
4. Stay connected.
Reach out to a mentor, a fellow MK, or the Rendezvous community. You’re not meant to do this alone.
